CLASS SCHEDULE


Course description:

The World of Wine is vast and ever changing. This class and tasting will hit the most historic, famous and collectable wine regions of the world that have set the standards. Due to the internet, world travel and popularity of being wine savvy consumers are more highly educated than ever before.

This class will give students a deeper  understanding different wine regions, varietals, wine making styles, climates and the evolution of wine into the 21st century.

Topics to be covered:

  • The Red Noble International Varietals
  • The White Noble International Varietals
  • History of Wine
  • New World vs Old World
  • Important Wine Regions
  • American Viticultural Areas (AVA)
  • Central & South American regions

Classes are open to the public. Class size is limited to twelve participants.
